Cambridge Artists’ Cooperative: Art to Wear Show 2008

 

The Cambridge Artists Cooperative, though I’ve never been there in person, seems to have some great arts and crafts energy.  Commanding 3 levels of non-stop craft excitement right off of Harvard Square, it is run cooperatively by artists for artists.  

I just got word back that a few of my more pictorial pastiches of painterly felt have been accepted into their annual Art to Wear Exhibition running from September 25th to October 26th.  Above is an image of one of the Masks, the Modigliani one to be exact, that will be at the Show.  Here are fun photos from their show last year.

I am sending off work today to apply for representation in their gallery year-round.  Let’s keep our fingers crossed!
