an art installation using cornstarch and live parakeets in LA Chinatown, which has the coolest bunch of hip galleries in a surreal setting!
We just got back from LA, where we went to visit old friends. We stayed in Venice Beach which is SOOOO beautiful….albeit tourist-mobbed but just so cool. All of the cute little houses and very chic shops/boutiques and galleries. Abbot Kinney Road is the bomb. I would live there in a heartbeat and just wear flip-flops all day, but back to SF where we are experiencing an unseasonal heatwave.
